This Property is well maintained, and highly appointed, with new carpeting, painted slate kitchen and entry, and reclaimed hardwood floors in the living room -simply beautiful

Arapahoe Lodge sits in the middle of the action at River Run Village. This beautiful property is in the center of town and a short 150-yard walk to the Gondola and ski lift; this is a prime location. Underground parking, access to the community pool, steps to the convenience store and liquor store restaurants in walking distance, also plenty of shopping at the front door make this a family fantasy location. The lodge has a hot tub and direct access to the community pool. There are lots of things to do within a short walk from getting a coffee at Starbucks or Inxspot to lots of great restaurants like Zuma Roadhouse, Kickapoo, Luigi's, Pizza on the Run, Paisano’s, and more. In the center of the River Run Village is a firepit for the kids to make smores or go skating on the huge frozen lake (the largest nature lake that is manicured in North America) in the Lakeside Village. Don’t forget that Keystone offers exclusive night skiing and there’s also a tubing hill for fun. Welcome home.

Our Property is set up as follows: A master bedroom with a king RH Bed (new high-end mattress) and Flat screen TV and new carpet. There is also a pull-out couch that sleeps two on a queen-size guaranteed mattress system, very comfortable, as well as a Murphy bed that is a queen. A beautiful open large bath and a master bath and master sitting area. Ultimately this property sleeps 6 comfortably. This 1 bed 2 bath property is larger than the standard two bedroom properties in River Run Village and the living room and dining area benefit from the space. The living spaces in the oversized property are also far larger than those in a standard two-bed two two-bath property.

  The location is unbeatable, short walk to the River Run gondola. The room is a little outdated and in need of some repairs. The radiator in the bedroom leaks, shower curtain rod is falling off, shower curtain was stained, bedroom mattress was HARD. Overall, it was a nice room and we'd stay there again.

  River Run Village has become one of our "go to" destinations for skiing get-aways for over ten years. We have stayed at multiple units within the village and worked with the folks at RMRM for most of that time. The staff at RMRM have always been professional, courteous, and prompt with their assistance and service. OF the many units we have stayed in, this particular unit is one of the best: Well maintained and appointed, it is clearly owned and occupied by a family that takes pride and care in their property and expects their tenants to do the same. If you're looking for a place to party, this is NOT the unit, but if you're looking for a well maintained unit for comfort and convenience, look no farther! Thanks to RMRM and the owners of this unit for making our "weekend escape" trouble-free, relaxing, and comfortable!
