Amazing Ski Slopes and River Views :: This is a large 3 bedroom 2 bathroom property located in Center Village, just a few minute walk to the American Eagle or American Flyer Chairlifts. This fully equipped property features a beautiful kitchen with a breakfast bar, granite counter tops, and stainless appliances. There is a common area BBQ outside of the building that you are welcome to use as well. The master bedroom has King Bed with a flat screen TV, the second bedroom has a queen and full size beds, and the third bedroom is a bunk room - full over full. There are also two double sofa beds so ultimately this property sleeps 12. The enclosed porch has been converted into a bonus room with heaters and additional sleeping and entertaining areas. This property is a great option for groups needing a lot of individual beds. There are also two full bathrooms. The extra-large living room features a TV area, table/poker table, large fireplace with extras sitting and of course the sun porch area for additional entertaining. There is garage parking for 1 vehicle and outside of the building are a handful of parking spots available on a first come, first serve basis. Additional parking is available in the North Alpine Lot at no additional cost.

Center Village is the main base area for Copper Mountain. There are many great shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The American Eagle Chairlift accesses intermediate terrain. The American Flyer has some green terrain, but all first timers or beginners need to take the bus to West Village. The bus picks up at Passage Point (right next door) and comes by every 5-10 minutes during the ski season. West Village has the Copper Mountain Ski and Ride School and "bunny" slope terrain.

New Village can be accessed within a 20-minute walk. The villa is 1 mile from UFO Watchtower, and a few steps from Gem. There are Starbucks and Salsa Mountain Catina 300 feet away from this venue. Leadville airport is within 22 miles.
