This property is 100 yards to the base of the Gondola and skiing. It is over looking the village with amazing mountain views.

Kitchen - Granite counters, stainless appliances, rock and timber, complete remodel, Two fireplaces, wood ceilings, king beds and bunk room, leather furniture, hardwood floors, open and large dining area, over sized living room with vaulted ceilings. Flat screens. Amazing finishes!!!! One of the nicest units in River Run!

The Location of this property is perfect - sitting overlooking River Run Village with views of Keystone mountain, gondola and Mountain Express lift from the deck. Only 150 yards to the base of the gondola and skiing. There is also a shuttle that stops 50 yards from our door to take you anywhere in Summit County. There are many things to do within a very short walk from getting a coffee at Starbucks or Inxtop and several great restaurants like Zuma Roadhouse, Luigi’s or Kickapoo Tavern. In the center of the River Run Village is a firepit for the kids to make smores (Inxtop sells a smores kit including the stick) or go skating on the huge frozen lake. Don’t forget that Keystone offers exclusive night skiing and there’s also a tubing hill for fun.

The lodge self has a two hot tubs, two lounges, pool tables, and access to a pool with with two more hot tubs, and it is a short walk to the River Run ice rink. The parking is heated and underground. The property and the location are perfect and unparalleled in Summit County.

This property sets up as follows: Two master suites with king beds, private baths and 32" Flat Screen TV. The third bedroom has a queen under twin bunk bed bed with a twin trundle and a smaller TV. The living room has a sleeper sofa Ultimately our property sleeps 10 comfortably.

Unlike most properties on a rental program, our property is a home. The Livingroom has a flat screen TV and desk are with monitor key board and mouse. We stay in our property often and therefore it is well maintained, highly appointed, and extremely homey. We have created a home with all the luxuries and then some: coffee maker, ample dinning ware, all the utensils, newer furniture, paint and carpet. You will feel at home and you will be happy.

    Awesome visit! Staying right in the village was great for early starts, lunch breaks, and easy apres options. The hot tub, parking garage, ski lockers, common areas, etc. all added to the ease and enjoyment. The unit was huge and well-equipped. The only thing I'd add would be some humidifiers for the bedrooms. This was an great rental and Jeff was super responsive and easy to work with. Thanks!
