The Location of our property is perfect - sitting on the stream with views of the mountain, gondola and Summit Express lift from the deck. We are 30 yards to the base of the gondola and skiing. The bridge out back takes you to River Run Village - only a 2-minute walk. There is also a shuttle that stops 50 yards from our door to take you anywhere in Summit County. There are lots of things to do within a very short walk from getting a coffee at Starbucks or Inxtop and several great restaurants like Wolf Rock Tavern, The Spoon Bistro, Luigi’s or Kickapoo Tavern. In the center of the River Run Village is a firepit for the kids to make smores, or go skating on the huge frozen lake. Don’t forget that Keystone offers exclusive night skiing and there’s also a tubing hill for fun.

The lodge it's self has a pool with slide, walk-up kiddy pool, play room, theater room, two hot tubs, fire pit, grill, gym, pool table area, and steam shower. The entry is a two story vault with a waterfall into a stream and a beautiful sitting area. The parking is heated and underground. The property and the location are perfect and unparalleled in Summit County.

Our property sets up as follows: A master bedroom with a king bed, private bath and Flat Screen TV. The second bedroom has a private bath as well with a bunk bed queen over queen bunk with a twin trundle and a Flat Screen TV. There is also a queen murphy bed in the living area. Ultimately our property sleeps 8 comfortably.

Unlike most properties on a rental program, our property is a home. The Livingroom has a flat screen TV and DVD Player. We stay in our property often and therefore it is well maintained, highly appointed, and extremely homey. We have created a home with all the luxuries and then some: coffee maker, ample William Sonoma dinning ware, all the utensils, new furniture, paint and carpet. You will feel at home and you will be happy.

Underground parking, access to the community pool, steps to the convenience store and liquor store and restaurants in walking distance, also plenty of shopping at the front door make this a family fantasy location. The lodge has a gym, hot tub, and steam and more. There are lots of things to do within a short walk from getting a coffee at Starbucks or Inxspot to lots of great restaurants like Zuma Roadhouse, Kickapoo, Luigi's, Pizza on the Run, Paisano’s and more. In the center of the River Run Village is a firepit for the kids to make smores or go skating on the huge frozen lake (the largest nature lake that is manicured in North America) in the Lakeside Village. Don’t forget that Keystone offers exclusive night skiing and there’s also a tubing hill for fun. Welcome home.

  We have stayed at the Springs in the summer and really enjoy the pool and hot tub. The layout of this unit really does a great job of maximizing space. The furnishings were also nice. It was a bit of a muddy trek to get to the lift with the construction of the new complex slope side. The rental company was very nice and accommodating, but when we went to check out with our pre-approved late check out time, we ended up getting locked out of the condo as the code had expired. It took 45 minutes for anyone to contact us back and allow us access back into the condo. The emergency number with the rental group does not respond quickly! My inhaler and epidural-pen were in the condo that we got locked out of, as we had just gone down to the garage to get a carrier for our luggage. I was fine but had I needed that quickly, we would have been in trouble. RMRM needs to have a true emergency response, as this was not one. Again, the condo was great, and all were nice, but just need to change the response protocol.

  Great space and location! Plenty of room for all of us and the 3 full bathrooms is a life saver. Location was perfect, we had access to 2 large hot tubs, the pool and the sauna - all great amenities to have after a day on the mountain. Yes there is construction, but still an easy easy walk to the gondola..just hug the construction fence line down by the garage and there’s a walking path to the gondola!! VERY convenient. Check-in was super smooth and self explanatory, and It was great having a parking spot in the garage! Only cons: coffee maker didn’t work, the bunk/trundle beds were uncomfortable (could feel the springs in them) and all the pillows were pretty flat. However, with that said, I’d still stay here again and just bring my own pillows. Very responsive and smooth check in/out process. Thanks for a great stay and fun friend/family memories!

  The condo had a great amount of space for us to spread out and sleep in. We appreciated the parking on site as well as the access to River Run gondola and restaurants and shops. Being able to go directly to our room and use the keyless entry was a nice perk. The unit was clean and well stocked with kitchen, bathroom supplies.

  My friend and I had a great stay at the Springs. It is easy walking distance to the Gondola to hit the slopes. The management responded immediately to questions. The place was in great order. Loved the location not only to Keystone, to shops, to hot tub, but not a far drive to Breckenridge either. I would stay here again.
