Ideal for a ski getaway or Copper Mountain retreat, this adorable studio has all of the comforts needed to feel right at home in no time. Though this space is efficient and designed for smaller groups, the Murphy bed allows for extra space when it is not in use and the living area is perfect for kicking back on the leather sofa as a movie plays on the flatscreen TV. After a day of fresh powder, hop into the full kitchen and whip up a tasty meal on all of the appliances of home, or head over to the shared hot tub to soak sore muscles. Plus, you won't have to worry about working while away, as this condo offers high-speed WIFi.

Sitting at the base of the mountain, this condo will be the perfect jumping-off point for endless days of shredding fresh powder, hiking, and mountain biking. The village has plenty of local restaurants, breweries, and shops as well if you simply feel like exploring the area. Not to mention, heading seven miles up to Frisco in the summer will be a blast with Dillon Reservoir waiting to fill all of your boating, swimming, and fishing needs.

Parking: One unassigned spot per unit underground; There could be one outside parking is unassigned. First come first serve. Car needs to register vehicle, information is on the fridge. Addtl parking Beeler lot adjacent, subject to fees. or Alpine lot free overnight. You must register your car's information via smartphone by scanning the QR code on a magnetic decal in the kitchen of the unit and filling in the vehicle information.

Our property sets up as follows: A queen murphy bed, 2 twins in entry area. There is also a pull out coach that sleeps two. A full bath with a sink inside the bath and one outside. Ultimately this property sleeps 6.

  We really enjoyed this condo. It was close to the lifts, all the kitchen items we needed, plenty of blankets and towels. Sofa bed wasn’t the best but I guess that is to be expected. Kids loved the bunk beds, Murphy bed was pleasantly comfortable. I would say the only downfall to this rental is stopping on your way in to pick up the keys. It would be nice if the condo had a code you could just put in on the door instead of a key. Or had pickup at the actual condo. But with that said, we would stay there again! Had crumbs on the floor in kitchen when we arrived, but we swept it up and enjoyed our stay.
