The Tennis Townhomes are located right at the base of Tenderfoot Mountain, surrounded by mature trees. Tennis Townhomes is the quiet mountain getaway many travelers are looking for! Tennis Townhomes are central to everything in Keystone including restaurants, shops and entertainment. Nearby bike trails lead down the hill to the Keystone golf courses, Lake Dillon. Shuttle Stop - A free shuttle stop is right at the edge of the property and can take you all over Summit County. You can walk to the Keystone Lake/Ice Skating and the Lakeside Village. The Lake Village has restaurants and shopping. Tennis townhomes is also located right next to the Keystone Conference Center. The Club House is at the front of Tennis Townhomes, it has an outdoor pool, an indoor/outdoor hot tub, a sauna as well as men's and women's changing rooms. Towels are provided for your convenience. The Keystone Convenience Mart is a few minutes walk and they provide groceries Liquor, and a gas station.

Welcome to our terrific mountain getaway in beautiful Keystone, Colorado! All engineered flooring, NO CARPETING! Our home sleeps six and offers two and a half bathrooms. Come, enjoy the spectacular views and comfort of our mountain home. The deck affords wonderful views across the mountain range. The beautiful gas fireplace is great for cozy evenings. A short drive or free shuttle ride takes you to River Run and Mountain House villages. Our spacious condo sleeps six people, has two full baths and a half bath, a fully equipped kitchen (regular coffee maker and a Keurig), and everything you need for a wonderful mountain vacation, summer or winter.

Our property sets up as follows: A master bedroom with a queen bed, private bath and TV/VCR. The second bedroom has two twin beds, with a private bathroom as well. There is also a pull-out couch that sleeps two. All linens are provided and there is laundry in the property. Ultimately this property sleeps 6.

Pets can be approved for this property - It is up to the owner - $50 per day per pet with a 2-pet limit and the $49 for damage insurance is required, additional deposits may be required for approval of pet stay and any deposits required shall be paid via ACH.

Keystone offers skiing, hiking, mountain biking, dirt biking, golfing, and snowshoeing among many other amenities. A 2-minute drive from our home takes you to Keystone Lake and River Run villages where you’ll find restaurants, shopping, and some of the best runs in Colorado. For golfers, Keystone offers some of the best golfing in all of Colorado! We are centrally located near the mountain villages of Montezuma (15 min), Vail (30 min), Frisco (10 min), Copper Mountain (15 min), and Breckenridge (20 min). The Outlets at Silverthorne are 10 minutes away and offer 44 stores to shop and save in.

All AIRBNB, Booking, Expedia and other platform guests are required to fill out a pre-registration which shall include a valid credit card for incidentals. This is done through a secure system (Adobe Sign), which is compliant with all federal laws for security and storage.

    This townhome had beautiful views and was peaceful. It had everything we needed to recoup over a long fall weekend in a cozy abode. Access to the property and accommodations were simple and carefree- which was helpful since we weren’t sure about arrival time.

    Nice open feel and very clean condo! Very large comfortable family room. Loved the patio which led outside with easy walk to pool. Each room with it’s own bathroom was a plus. Excellent communication and ease of getting in to property. There were a lot of stairs in unit and on property so just an fyi if traveling with anyone with mobility issues.

    We came up to enjoy last weekend with kids before they went back to school. The unit was very clean and the updated flooring in unit is worry free when you bring dogs. The space out back is also pet friendly with a walking path complete with a pet waste disposal station with baggies. You can see the swimming pool area from the townhouse! Plenty of space and close proximity to River Run and you can walk to Lakeside village.

    The townhome was exactly as pictured. Great location, nice amenities, clean, and well maintained. Jeff, from the management company, was most helpful and prompt. Two minor issues arose, trim on one step was loose and door was alarming low battery. Both issues were fixed that day. I would definitely recommend this property.
